Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to return or exchange any BAGGU product in like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Products purchased through our website can also be returned or exchanged at our Brooklyn Store location. Please note that refunds will take up to 2 business days to process.
How to Return or Exchange
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number, item, and reason for return or exchange.
Please note that your Return Authorization will be on file for 30 days from the issue date. If your return has not been received within the 30 day window your Return Authorization will be cancelled. If you believe your Return Authorization has expired, please send us an email to email@example.com.
Making a Warranty Claim
We stand behind our products! All BAGGU products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your original order number, as well as documentation of the defect of the product. We'll be happy to provide a replacement.
