Online Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to offer free domestic returns on any BAGGU product in unused condition within 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund on the original payment or store credit.

If you wish to exchange your original order for another item, you must return the item and place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible.

Once we receive and process your item, we will promptly process an online store credit or issue a refund.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Store Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased through our website can also be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Please note that refunds will take up to 2 business days to process.

If you made a purchase at one of our retail locations you may return the item to any of our retail stores for a refund within 30 days from the purchase date. If you are not able to get to a store, please contact us at with your order number, item, and reason for return. 

International Returns & Exchanges

International returns are accepted in unused condition within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate an international return, please send an email to In your email, please specify your order number, item, and reason for return or exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Return or Exchange a Gift

If you'd like to return or exchange a gift, please send an email to that includes your original order number, specify product that you'd like to return and the product you would like to receive in exchange. Please note that final sale items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Making a Warranty Claim

All BAGGU products purchased through and BAGGU stores have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.

We are always happy to answer questions related to our products, but are unable to process any returns, credits, or replacements for product purchased outside of or BAGGU stores.
