COVID-19 Update

A Message to Our Community

From our entire team, we couldn’t appreciate your support more, and hope you’re all staying healthy and safe.

We know there’s a lot going on, but we wanted to share some information about what we are doing about COVID-19. Here’s the rundown:

 

Online Orders

Baggu.com is always open and we are taking and shipping orders as usual. They are taking increased health and safety precautions, including wearing masks and gloves and frequent sanitization of workspaces. They’re also following social distancing recommendations, and employees are encouraged to use paid time off and work from home as necessary.

 

Our Stores

Our San Francisco and Brooklyn stores are currently open during our normal operating hours. For the comfort and safety of you and our team, we ask that our customers wear face coverings and practice social distancing when visiting. Learn more.

 

Our Team

Our team has transitioned to work remotely as much as possible. All BAGGU employees, including store staff, will continue to receive full pay and benefits. We always have and will continue to offer paid sick leave to all of our employees.

 

Our Factories

Our longtime manufacturing partners in China are open and running at near capacity. To ensure worker health and safety, they are keeping protective measures in place such as wearing masks and gloves and taking frequent temperature checks.

We will continue to follow CDC, WHO, and local health agency guidelines, and are committed to keeping you informed as things evolve. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@baggu.com with any questions.

  

General FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders and to select countries on orders over $75.

When will my order ship?

Our warehouse team is working diligently to ship orders while taking the appropriate safety precautions and adhering to social distancing measures.

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Please note that we do not ship on weekends and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Read more about international rates & delivery times and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.

 

Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes?

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

 

What's your return/exchange policy on sale items?

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Read our full Return Policy here.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at info@baggu.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Our customer experience team is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 10:30 am - 6 pm PST and requests made outside of business hours are not guaranteed.

While we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.

 

Do you offer gift receipts?

Product prices are never included on the packing slip included with orders, so gift away! If you’d like to include a message, click “Add a Gift Message” in your shopping bag before checking out.

 

Do you make price adjustments?

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased from baggu.com or BAGGU retail stores that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment. Please send an email to info@baggu.com to request a price adjustment.

 

The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

If the item is still live on our site, it will most likely be restocked in the future! On the product page, click "Notify me when it's back" to sign up to receive an email when the item is back in stock.
