Returns FAQ

We’re happy to offer free U.S. returns on full priced items purchased online or in a BAGGU store, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit. Apparel must be in unworn, unused condition. All sale items and face masks are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.




How long does it take to process a return?

Our warehouse staff will alert us once your returned item has arrived, and we’ll promptly issue a refund or store credit. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account. If your return tracking shows as "delivered" and you have not received a refund, send us an email at info@baggu.com and we’ll get you your money back right away.


Can I return my purchase in store?

To protect the health and safety of our customers and store team, BAGGU stores are temporarily closed.


Can I return or exchange a gift?

To return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please send an email to info@baggu.com. If possible, please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order. Kindly note all sale items and face masks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email info@baggu.com as soon as possible.


If you live in the U.S. and would like to exchange an item, please start a return for the item you do not wish to keep, and place a new order for the desired exchange item.

You can also visit any store location to make returns and exchanges.

For international exchanges, please start a return for the item you do not wish to keep by emailing info@baggu.com, and then place a new order separately for the desired exchange item. Please note, we are unable to refund duties and fees paid to Customs as part of the initial or exchange order.


All products purchased through baggu.com and BAGGU retail stores have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.

Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to info@baggu.com as soon as possible, including 1) your original order number (starts with “SR”), 2) a brief description of the issue and 3) a couple of clear images.

For international warranty claims: We’re happy to ship replacements for defective products, but we are unable to reimburse for additional duties and fees that may be charged by Customs as a result.

For warranty claims on product purchased outside of baggu.com or BAGGU stores: We’re always happy to answer questions related to our products, but we are unable to process any returns, credits, or replacements for product purchased outside of baggu.com or BAGGU stores.
